 Puppy Yoga offers a one-of-a-kind yoga experience that merges the calming effects of yoga with the delightful presence of cute puppies. This practice helps you relax and relieve stress while deepening your connection with your furry companion.

Our hour-long Puppy Yoga sessions cater to all skill levels and are led by seasoned instructors who will guide you through various yoga poses and relaxation methods. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our well-behaved puppies. Join us for a lively, enjoyable, and revitalizing yoga session at Puppies Yoga, where fun meets relaxation with beloved puppies. 

 Our puppies come from local rescue/breeders who recognize the importance of early socialization and want their puppies to be well-socialized before moving to their new homes.

These puppies, aged between 8 to 12 weeks, come from nurturing environments where they receive excellent care until they are ready for their next adventure. 

In each session, we host between 4 to 10 puppies These numbers may vary depending on the litter and availability. 

While puppy yoga is generally safe, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating, especially if you are pregnant, to ensure it is appropriate for your specific situation.
