The essentials — and if yours isn't here, reach out and we'll find an answer for you.

Find your flow and your joy! 75 minutes of pure feel-good balance: 45 minutes of calming, mindful movement followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime and connection. A beautiful blend of wellness and warmth — because every pose is better with paws.
No — we provide the mats (freshly sanitized before every class). Just bring yourself in comfortable clothes you can move in.
Yes — most of the puppies at our classes are adoptable, and there will always be more information at the class. Come ready to fall in love.
Each session hosts between 4 and 10 puppies. Numbers vary depending on the litter and availability — the puppies' wellbeing always sets the limit.
We partner with local rescues, shelters and ethical breeders in the Spokane area. Classes help socialize the puppies — they adapt to humans more easily and feel less stress when they join their new homes. After class, they head back to their partners to rest.
Breeds are announced on our Instagram, TikTok and on the booking page ahead of each session. Breeds aren't guaranteed and can change last-minute — puppy wellness always comes first. Follow us on socials to hear first.
Mostly puppies! But every so often we host special pop-up sessions with other little friends — the mini piglets who joined us on the mat were an instant hit 🐷. Pop-ups are announced on our Instagram, TikTok and the booking page first, so if one is coming, that's where you'll see it.
Given the pop-up nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can move your booking to another class up to 3 days before your session — just reach out.
Classes run every Saturday and Sunday, with the same four session times both days: 9:00 AM, 10:45 AM, 12:30 PM and 2:15 PM. New dates are announced on our socials first.
Nope — all ages are welcome at Paws & Pose. Bring the family; the puppies don't care how old you are.
Puppy yoga is gentle and generally safe, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating — especially if you're pregnant — to make sure it's right for your specific situation.
Yes — we have a dedicated parking lot for guests to use during class.
Our studio is inside Prana Salon — 9616 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, upstairs. Look for the Paws & Pose sign when you arrive.
